Mentor: Leaving a conversation increases weekly progress

No big issue just something strange I noticed.

If I enter a conversation as a mentor and leave it immediately without commenting or anything my weekly progress counter will still increase by one. This does not happen when I join but after I leave using "Leave conversation".

I noticed it because I accidentally entered an exercise and then left immediately. By now I have verified that it happens every time (Tried it 2 times in total). I assume it also increases your overall contributions but I have not checked.
