User last_seen_at instead of current_sign_in for mentor queues.

Description
I'm wondering if my latest iteration disappeared from the mentoring queues when my mentor timed. According to the comments the mentor has timed out 76 days ago. The report says 0 solutions ahead in the Kotlin queue and 0 solutions ahead in the Saddle Points queue. Median wait time is 1 day. Can someone check and see if I still exist? I'm beginning to wonder ... Started this exercise originally in July and my latest iteration has been in there since August.
