Description
I've noticed that there are quite a few hard-coded urls (e.g. [here](https://github.com/exercism/groovy/blob/390e152377d66d3447a5830e0d3b38d4f57f25b7/config/exercise_readme.go.tmpl).
I think there is an action to look for anything with exercism.io/ (make some giant grep) and then an action to update them all. The pages should all work through 301s so it's not urgent, but it would be nice not to let this rot in our documentation.
