Cannot edit or remove reflections

I published the first solution, write something as a reflection, then iterate over my solution and submitted it too. Now the community solutions shows the second iteration, but with the reflection of the first one (which looks strange, because the comment makes no sense).

Using my dashboard, I can see both iterations, but no way to access the reflection I wrote earlier, so I don't know if it's "linked" to one the exercise itself or a solution (though it makes sense it should be for every iteration/solution).

Start by reading issue #16 and the repository description, then move the investigation to exercism/exercism, which is identified for bugs or improvements. Trace how reflections are associated with iterations and shown in the dashboard and community solutions; done means each iteration retains the appropriate reflection and earlier reflections can be edited or removed.
