Description
The README should state that redis is a dependency. (Redis is not included in a fresh ubuntu 18.04 install.)
Useful info: I had to run `sudo sysctl net.ipv6.conf.all.disable_ipv6=0` to enabled redis to install on ubuntu 18.04 due to [this bug](https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/redis/+bug/1752207).
