Publish on pypi

It would be convenient for me if codon were published on pypi. I don't know how much extra work this would be. I know of other tools that are python-related but not written in python, like [ruff](https://pypi.org/project/ruff/), that have done this. Maybe it's easy enough. https://pypi.org/project/codon-compiler-demo/ is suggestive but confusing.
