**Describe the bug**
For some users there is no Access on Prod
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Observe the Access issue for some user on Prod
**Actual behavior**
Backpack is empty to for some users with non-elevated rights.
**Expected behavior**
Backpack should be visible for all authentificated users.
