Unable to "Create an account" in CompreFace UI

Hi guys,

I'm fairly new to CompreFace, I am able to run the ```docker-compose up``` on the root directory from the downloaded [CompreFace 1.1.0](https://github.com/exadel-inc/CompreFace/releases/tag/v1.1.0) release and create an account as usual using the UI, however, the face recognition is running quite slow and therefore I wanted to try using a different [model](https://github.com/exadel-inc/CompreFace/tree/master/custom-builds). I have entered into the ```Mobilenet``` directory in ```custom-builds``` and ran the same command ```docker-compose up```. I am able to view the UI on localhost:8000 but cannot click on the "Create an Account" in the UI.

Why is this happening and is there an API that is available for creating a new account?

Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks.
