**I installed CompreFace on my i5 3rd gen with 8gb RAM but it doesnt start. It has windows 10 pro**

After restarting system it says running but cpu usage,ram usage coming 0...what can be the issue ? First it says 1 core allocated then after restarting 4 cores allocated but nothing really starts
