License?

I am currently helping to maintain a [successor](https://github.com/pdf2htmlEX/pdf2htmlEX) of [Lu Wang's pdf2htmlEX](https://github.com/coolwanglu/pdf2htmlEX)

(my ongoing development can be found in my [development fork](https://github.com/stephengaito/pdf2htmlEX)).

As part of my rewriting the associated github-pages, I would very much like to include a recent pdf2htmlEX conversion of your released PDF on the main page (together with links to your github project and release pages).

**However**, I am unsure what copyright and or license I could use with your book.

At the moment you do not have a License or Copyright notice (that I can read :$ )

1. Could you clarify what your License and/or Copyright are?
2. May I host a pdf2htmlEX conversion of your book on the pdf2htmlEX github-pages?
