[BUG] Require to force pull the catalog twice before I can see latest Item versions

### Affected Command

ewc hub list --force

### Describe the issue

The command `ewc hub list --force` needs to runs before new Item versions are visible.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Run `ewc hub list`
2. Wait for a new item version is indexed on the `ewc-community-hub` GitHub Repository
3. Run `ewc hub list --force` (listed Item versions remain unchanged)
4. Run again `ewc hub list --force` (listed Item versions changed)

### Expected Behavior

After running `ewc hub list --force` once, the catalog versions should be up to date.
