Description

# Description

The goal of this issue is to be able to provide documentation on how to deploy and connect to celestia, once v4 is launched.

There are two configurations:

1. The chain launching will use a custom token, this makes it easier to deploy the chain since they will be able to do it paying fees in their token.

2. The second approach is using an existing token as the fee token. Forma did this by create a "fake" tia token that would allow them to deploy hyperlane. We should explore if this is the best approach or if we can deploy the contracts using another token, then restart the binary with the correct fee token, not sure how this would work with reth.

we should provide guides and scripts to help with this
