Sort Books and Papers in Lists

After adding books and papers suggested, we should make a few lists that can be easily searched through. These lists are ***not in the directory structure***, instead they are on the index.md page at the top level of the research/publications page, or a slight sub-page of it. Some suggestions are as follows:

- Our Publications / Related Publications
- Foundational Work
- Bitstream Evolution (& Other Projects)
- Surveys of EHW (Review Articles or Book Chapters that provide a nice breadth/taxonomy)

In addition, each sub-type of publication (e.g. "Academic Papers") should have an index.md file list that simply lists all of the papers on the page.
