Add Use-Case links on the enterance page

At the bottom of [the home page](https://evolvablehardware.github.io/#tinkerers-and-hobbyists), there is a section where we suggest how people may want to use our website for their particular needs. This is currently good, but should be reviewed in more detail.

This section should:

- Draw attention of first-time users
- Be easy to understand
- Not overwhelm the user
- Provide enough detail to point first-time users in the right direction

It might be useful to ask some people unfamiliar with the website if it does the above well and see what catches their attention. (Have them narrate what they are looking at/for when they first look at the website.)

I suspect that it might seem a bit busy to a new user, and that there may be a few too many words and links for someone unfamiliar with the website. Then again, it the section above it was meant to be the main call-to-action for people who just want the default journey through the website and don't know what they want.
