Design an conduct an experiment where the behavioral characterization (BC) is based on the pulse count frequency of a circuit and the fitness is the self-consistency
Research Question:
Given flexibility in the frequency, can a circuit produce a stable oscillatory signal?
Follow-up Question:
Can we identify a source that the circuit is somehow latching onto?
