FCM Notification Is Not Receiving In OnePlus5T When App is Closed.

i am Using react-native-fcm. i'm able to receive FCM Notification when the app is in background and foreground state.

But not able to receive notifications on my Oneplus 5T device when the app is closed state.

I've tested this on other devices like the Redmi, Moto devices and it works fine.

Information:
RN version: 0.51
react-native-fcm : "react-native-fcm": "^11.2.0",
My Device Os: Android 7.1.1(Nougat) (One plus 5T)

@evollu kindly guide me in solving this issue.

Start by reproducing the closed-app notification behavior on the listed OnePlus 5T running Android 7.1.1, using RN 0.51 and react-native-fcm 11.2.0. Compare it with the reported foreground and background behavior and the Redmi and Moto devices. Done means FCM notifications are received while the app is closed on the affected device.
