Notifications aren't received when screen is locked (meizu)

Other devices are receive notification without problem when screen is locked

Reproduce on a Meizu M2 Note using react-native 0.54.2 and react-native-fcm 16.0.0, testing background and terminated states with the screen locked. Compare delivery with another device, then inspect the Android/Firebase notification path for device-specific behavior. Done means notifications arrive while locked in both reported app states, or the issue is documented as a Meizu limitation.
