Description

### Describe the bug:

Include the following information:
- OpenSnitch version: 1.8.0
- OS: Ubuntu
- OS version: 26.04
- Window Manager: Gnome Shell + Wayland
- Kernel version: 7.0.0-30-generic

### To Reproduce:

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Open the Rules table.
2. Start GNOME screen recording with Ctrl+Alt+Shift+R.
3. Release all keys.
4. Single-click several different rules.
5. Observe that selections accumulate as if Ctrl remains pressed.
6. Right-click one row and choose Edit.
7. A different selected rule may open.

This can only be fixed by while on OpenSnitch UI window, press `Ctrl + Shift` and release the keys.

Single click to select rules should select that one rule under the cursor only.
