Description

### Summary:
Add a way to remove rules for executables which are not (anymore) existing

Over time rules accumulate for older versions, e.g. electron, or programs that have been tested out and reoved in the meantime.

To get rid of rules which have no use anymore because the executable has been removed from the system, I would like to have a way, e.g. through a button-press, to remove these obsolete rules to de-clutter my set of firewall rules, without having to check every rule manually which is very time consuming.

Additonally a small indicator for every rule, which shows if that rule is still applicable, would be a nice indicator to encourage pressing the button once in a while.

Addionally an option to check all rules on startup/periodically to remove obsolete rules automatically might be interesting. That'd be like an auto-clicker on the cleanup button.
