Description
### Describe the bug:
Opensnitch leaves a non-functioning window (see screenshot below) that covers the Desktop image. Opening other programs, including Opensnitch, opens their application window correctly.
Opensnitch is still running, it hasn't stopped. Closing or killing Opensnitch (ui or daemon) does not close this window. It cannot be minimized or resized and does not have an icon in the Task Manager bar.
When this non-functioning window is visible, left-clicking on various parts of the screen will open applications that have short-cuts on the Desktop. Right-clicking will open the Desktop menu.
Pressing Super-D short-cut opens the correct Desktop image, so this window is not replacing the Desktop image. Opening any application window will cause this non-functioning window to reappear.
The only way to get rid of this non-functioning window is to reboot the machine.
No other application does this, so this points to an Opensnitch issue.
