Description

Summary:
Hi Gustavo, thanks so much for all you do. In my general web browsing, I like to very carefully manage my resolved domain/subdomain connections as I visit websites. Example: visiting https://www.github.com means allowing github.com and www.github.com when I got to that site. So the dialog box comes up asking to deny or allow with the various already included options (from this executable, ip address, port 53, etc...).

Can you consider including setting the "default target" within "default options" under "preferences" to include domain and subdomain selections?

Hope I explained that well...example, when I'm trying to allow github.com via the popup dialog box, I currently have to go to the dropdown that allows me to select either the domain or the subdomain to allow (github.com or githubassets.github.com for example, but it'd be so much better to have those already set within that popup dialog box due to having already set either domain or subdomain as "default target" back in "preferences".

Thanks for considering.
