[Feature Request] Automatic detection of interpreters for rule creation

For scripts written in Python, Bash, etc, when the allow/deny popup comes, it would be nice to have an option to create the rule including not only the python/bash/whatever executable but also the next argument, which is the actual script. This way we can be more granular when creating rules, instead of essentially allowing every script written in a specific language.
