[Feature Request] Remember the size of the connection pop-up

### Summary:
The connection pop-up is too small. The buttons are cramped, and the click target area to change "Deny" to something else, is very small, so it's easy to accidentally click Deny.

Until the interface is improved in that regard (maybe by showing all buttons at once, which would also solve [this](https://github.com/evilsocket/opensnitch/issues/1269)), it would be very useful to remember the size of the pop-up if the user resizes it.
