Description

## 🤔 Actual behavior

When we are in Admin Dashboard of [Ever Demand](https://github.com/ever-co/ever-demand) and entering new data and when we select image for specifics data, the images are all stored in the [cloudinary](https://cloudinary.com/)

## 😀 Expected Behavior
Is there a possibility to store the images locally when we're in the development environment?

Research direction

Start with the Ever Demand Admin Dashboard flow where an image is selected for new data, then trace how the image is sent to Cloudinary. Check how the development environment is identified and where uploaded image storage is configured. Done means development uploads use local storage while the existing Cloudinary behavior remains available outside development.
