Admin: optionally disable the customer's possibility to cancel the order

This feature allows the admin of a store, to disable the customer order cancellation option after ordering, and when the product is being either prepared or delivered.

This feature can be complexed by adding the possibility for the Admin to disable the order cancellation from the customer depending on the stage of the order preparation. For instance, disable cancelling after the order is being delivered, or disabling cancelling after the order starts to be prepared, or disabling cancelling at all.
