OpenAPI Specification 3.2.0 not supported

I tried to use @eventcatalog/generator-openapi@v7.12.10 with OpenAPI Specification 3.1.2

For 3.1.2 should be enough update to newer version of https://github.com/APIDevTools/swagger-parser/commit/8dcd391feea7c7dd694bb20b8706fcb53f736ba5

For 3.2.0 probably wait for tooling to catch-up.

Start at the @eventcatalog/generator-openapi package and inspect its swagger-parser dependency; reproduce the reported failure with the OpenAPI Specification 3.1.2 input. Done means EventCatalog generation succeeds for 3.1.2, while OpenAPI 3.2.0 remains dependent on tooling support.
