Description
**Why**
Currently, for better issue management, the team tracks the processing state of issues by tagging labels accordingly. But, since those labels only provide numbers relating to the processing state, it's not intuitive for people to know the action behind it.
**How**
I suggest adjusting the name of the labels to include both the number and the action to take.
