Create_float_source pulling all data also QC=4

I would like to notice that the create_float_source command is pulling from the GDAC all data without any consideration of the flags.

In case where the create_float_source is used within the pyOWC software for the DMQC analysis it would be more preferable to avoid using data with QC=4.
