Add detailed index to the index feature

Handle the following detailed indexes in the Argopy index feature:
https://data-argo.ifremer.fr/etc/argo-index/argo_profile_detailled_index.txt
https://data-argo.ifremer.fr/etc/argo-index/argo_synthetic-profile_detailled_index.txt

This implies handling the _PROFILE_QC information.
