Description
**Proposed fields to be transitioned to recommended**
- `license` : The proposed changes would transition `license` to a recommended field as it does not contain crucial data that would justify an exclusion of the dataset if missing. The metadata provider would agree that in sharing metadata with INTERACT VA Single entrypoint a license (TBD) would provided automatically unless a preference for a different license has been expressed.
- `publisher` : The proposed changes would transition `publisher` to a recommended field as this data is already available for the harvester internally.
- `dateModified` : The proposed changes would transition `dateModified` to a recommended field as this data is not crucial to the completeness of the dataset.
