Description
**Proposed issue**
Future implementations of the platform will infer the topic by calculating it via the dataset context provided.
**Proposed solution**
The field `topicCategory` will be transitioned from mandatory to recommended. Providers would be encouraged to share this metadata with the possibility of choosing the preferred vocabulary/value. It is strongly suggested to use [GCMD Keywords](https://earthdata.nasa.gov/earth-observation-data/find-data/gcmd/gcmd-keywords).
