Description
Would it be possible to get a small introduction on scope and purpose of the guidelines? Preferably with a small summary table listing elements, a brief description and whether it is mandatory, recommended or optional. Also to include the information on whether each element is mandatory or something else in the appropriate section.
And are you explicitly avoiding mapping to GCMD DIF and ISO19115 profiles?
