Allow all services to be apps, rename

Before the ecosystem didn't have many "proper" apps in terms of smart contract decetnralized applications.

As the ecosystem grows, the difference between smart contract dapps and other types of services like blockchain explorers becomes less clear, so we should just allow everything to be listed in the apps page and link perhaps to specific examples elsewhere.

Basically, we should update the "play" section to be a bunch of apps that include explorers, wallets, apps, etc.
