Question on BlockchainTests/GeneralStateTests folder reorg

a few months ago you were telling me about big reorganizations on this repo following a question on State tests.

I now have to update our test suite and I see that the `BlockchainTests/GeneralStateTests` folder doesn't exist anymore. After checking, I wasn't able to find information about that. Would it be possible to point me to any record or just briefly describe how this test suite was migrated ? Is it redundant with exec-spec-tests ? Or do they now have to be generated ?

For instance, tests like `CREATE_HighNonce.json`, `CallContractToCreateContractNoCash.json`, where is that tested now ?
