Arabic site not set up for right-to-left text

**Describe the bug**
Current Arabic pages are not set up for right-to-left text flow. The translated text renders and reads right-to-left, but is being left-justified.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://prater.launchpad.ethereum.org/ar
2. Browse around

**Expected behavior**
Right-aligned Arabic text

Open the Arabic site at https://prater.launchpad.ethereum.org/ar and compare its text flow with the expected behavior shown in the issue screenshot. Trace the page entry point and styling or localization setup used by the Arabic route; done means Arabic text is right-aligned and flows correctly across the site.
