Easy way to navigate back to the 'Congratulations' page following completion of all the steps

Once I completed all the steps successfully I arrived at the 'Congratulations' page. I felt like this was a natural place to pick up from so bookmarked the URL. When navigating to the /congratulations URL it redirects to /overview. I understand if this is to force people to read through the warnings but I think it would be better if there was an easy way to return to the /congratulations page with the list of clients etc.

Start by reproducing the redirect from /congratulations to /overview, then inspect the routing and navigation entry points for these URLs. Determine how users who have completed all steps can return to the Congratulations page without bypassing the intended warnings. Done means the completed flow provides an easy way back to /congratulations and the existing overview behavior remains intact.
