The term "can not" is incorrect. "Can not" means the user has the option to refrain from acting (but could potentially act if she wishes). "Cannot" means the user does not have the option to act. The three instances of "can not" should be changed to "cannot".

2. In the Acknowledgment section, under Responsibilities, the comma is unnecessary:

"Only validators that actively participate in consensus, receive rewards."

Locate the Acknowledgment section, then review the Transfer Delay, Commitment, and Responsibilities subsections. Change the three instances of "can not" to "cannot" and remove the unnecessary comma in the Responsibilities sentence; done means all four copyedits are reflected in the document.
