The footnote in para. 1 for correct-by-construction process does not refer to an actual paper. Either give a proper citation for the paper, or if it hasn’t been published yet, say so, and don’t cite it.

Open section 1.3 and inspect the footnote in paragraph 1 for the correct-by-construction process. Verify whether the referenced paper exists, then update the citation or state that it has not yet been published; the footnote should no longer refer to a nonexistent paper.
