Description

What was wrong?

I could not figure out how to pass parameter rpcport to temp chain in populus.json, so that HTTP enabled clients could attach to it.

How to pass settings to chains could be elaborated here http://populus.readthedocs.io/en/latest/config.html#chain-class-settings

Open the linked configuration documentation at the chain-class-settings section and identify where chain settings are explained. Add the requested example showing how to pass rpcport to the temp chain in populus.json, then verify that the example clearly explains how HTTP-enabled clients can attach.
