### What am I doing wrong?
When I do
```
populus init
populus compile
py.test
populus deploy --chain tester Greeter --no-wait-for-sync
```
it's all good, but then with
```
populus deploy Greeter --chain CRS --no-wait-for-sync
```
I get a
