clicking ethereum icon for eip not clear

Description
there are two diamond icons on eip page eg. eip-1559 and it wasn't clear to me on mobile. upon further usage it's clear one is eth magicians and the other is to eips page. suggestion: make more accessible by explicitly showing link text to outbound destination
