Tracking issue for PBT deletion tests

Since the PBT introduces the concept of code deduplication, it can have interesting edge cases wrt deletion and 7702.

Start by reviewing the existing PBT deletion tests and the handling of EIP-7702-related cases. The issue does not name files, test entry points, or a concrete set of expected behaviors, so clarify which deletion edge cases should be covered with a maintainer.
