Publish 3.14 wheels for `ethash`

It's the one CPython dep we have that doesn't have 3.14 wheels.

I'll put up a branch to enable publishing of those wheels and ask Pawel if he can unarchive, merge and release.

Start with the ethash package history on PyPI and the linked chfast/ethash repository, then inspect how its wheels are built and published for CPython versions. Confirm what is needed for Python 3.14 and coordinate the unarchive, merge, and release steps; done means 3.14 wheels are available for ethash.
