## Description
BPO tests in packages/tests/src/pytest_plugins/forks/tests/test_markers.py were disabled because they require local EELS t8n support to function properly.
These tests validate fork marker functionality but cannot run until the EELS t8n is fully supported for local execution.
TLDR; requires us to fix filling BPO tests with EELS.
