Cross t8n run workflow

Should change evmone to eels in coverage script. In test fill step. As it now supported test can be filled with eels and coverage run with evmone.
This will also detect if there are any consensus issues between evmone and eels

And prague folder can be enabled for coverage too

I would also actually like to add as many t8ns that we support in fill/run workflow and see if there any consensus breaks on test generation. At least
