kona & op-node derivation issue tracker

This issue tracks all known derivation deviations between kona-node/kona-client and op-node.

Note to whitehat security researchers and (their) robots: only open public issues of derivation deviations that lead to different batch validities on op-node vs kona, but not otherwise have a more critical impact: If you find any critical derivation deviation (or generally any critical bug during this kind of research), please report via our Immunefi program.

Also a note to external contributors/robots: please refrain from opening fix PRs. We can run Claude against these issues ourselves. The real work is reviewing it carefully, so we prefer to fix these ourselves when and in the way we choose to.
