Description
Dear Optimism Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am reaching out regarding a concerning issue that I encountered with a transaction on the Optimism Mainnet. I deployed a smart contract and executed some transactions (including creating documents) on behalf of my users. However, when I checked the funds in my wallet, I noticed that a portion of the funds was transferred to an unknown address.
Details of the Transaction:
My Wallet Address: 0x03267dCf2B2c7bd1533E80797606D61c738B8710
Transaction Hash: 0x72f4b30ce29ca8a393c255629d1ad209b0c4e9631c48a78414fe85d4062ebeea
Destination Address: 0xa1430Db6c10Bb0a920F9a15DA1e511Da34854604
I believe the funds may have been unintentionally sent to this address, which appears to be associated with a contract or vault address on the network. After further investigation, I found that the funds are still in the address 0xa1430Db6c10Bb0a920F9a15DA1e511Da34854604, but I do not know the ownership or control over this address.
I kindly request your assistance in the following:
Clarifying the nature of the destination address: Is this address related to any known contracts or systems on Optimism (such as a proxy contract or vault)?
Investigating the movement of funds: Can you help me understand why my funds were transferred to this address and if there is any action I can take to recover them?
Verification of the funds: Is it possible to track the movement of these funds or identify who controls this address?
I would greatly appreciate your support in resolving this issue, as it is critical for the integrity of my project.
Thank you for your time and assistance. I look forward to your response.
Best regards,
[KOLLIPARA RAMMOHAN SATYASEN]
