Deprecate + delete fontawesome icons from gateway frontend app

Currently we are using a static version of fontawesome in the gateway repo.

Design team has migrated off of font awesome for some time now and we should deprecate it from our codebase as well. Remix icons have been brought in for new features, but this piece of work will be to update all existing instances of fontawesome icons to remix icons.
