Research Spike: Eliza Framework Superchain Plugin

The [Eliza framework](https://ai16z.github.io/eliza/) is a rapidly growing open source tool for building AI agents with a huge ecosystem. Several Layer 2 plugins already exist, and a Superchain plugin that gives an AI agent capabilities to transact on the Superchain could be really powerful.

- [ ] Prototype Eliza plugin if appropriate
