Errors in op-proposer

Good day. I set up a test network using the link [https://github.com/ethereum-optimism/developers/discussions/17#discussioncomment-12606204](https://github.com/ethereum-optimism/developers/discussions/17#discussioncomment-12606204) I did everything according to the instructions. The network works correctly, but there are errors in the op-proposer.
